Turning centre operator wanted in Pocahontas County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Pocahontas County, Iowa. You will work in a precision engineering workshop. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm The role involves run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); run first-off inspection and sign off the part; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $230 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
