Electrostatic spray painter wanted in Riley County

Now hiring: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Riley County, Kansas. You will be based on an industrial coating line. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Your main tasks: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits.
