Oven operator — Cumberland County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Cumberland County, North Carolina. Day-to-day duties: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
