Gtaw welder — Zango

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Zango, Katsina State. You will work on an industrial construction site. Ideal candidate: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height On a typical shift you will clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions. 6+ years on the tools preferred. ₦65,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
