Now hiring: we are hiring a crane operator in Curry County, Oregon. You will work on a busy construction site. Your main tasks: • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) Ideal candidate: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
