Vacancy available: CNC mill setter-operator (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Coryell County, Texas. You will be based in a die and mould making unit. Your main tasks: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control You should have: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
