Now hiring: we are hiring a waiter in Franklin County, Ohio. Your main tasks: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Clear and reset tables between covers Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
