Horizontal milling machine operator — Gwaram

Great opportunity: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Gwaram, Jigawa State. The role involves load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square. What we are looking for: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift 6+ years on the tools preferred.
