Formwork erector — Crockett County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a formwork erector in Crockett County, Texas. You will be based on a busy high-rise construction site. Ideal candidate: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level Day to day you will set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints.
