Lifting rigger — York County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lifting rigger in York County, Nebraska. What we are looking for: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Confident with standard crane hand signals Day to day you will establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller.
