Urgent requirement: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Iron County, Michigan. The job is at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. What we are looking for: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads Day to day you will fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $31 per hour plus benefits.
