Immediate opening: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Duval County, Florida. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres You will clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square.
