Oven operator wanted in Mercer County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Mercer County, West Virginia. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker The role involves laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
