Vacancy available: maintenance painter (West Virginia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Calhoun County, West Virginia. You will be based on a residential building site. The role involves spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; sand and fill walls before applying primer. You should have: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
