Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Floyd County, Kentucky. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Your main tasks: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Part-time with flexible hours.
