Paint booth operator — Lincoln County

Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Lincoln County, South Dakota. You will work on an industrial coating line. The role involves apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $180 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
