Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Lancaster County, Nebraska. The job is in a busy paint shop. The role involves: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting 3+ years on the tools preferred.
