Sausage maker wanted in Mitchell County

Now hiring: we are hiring a sausage maker in Mitchell County, Texas. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. On the job you will handle: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Full-time with occasional weekends.
