Kitchen porter — Kauai County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Kauai County, Hawaii. Day-to-day duties: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
