Now hiring: we are hiring a panel welder in Valley County, Montana. Requirements: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Willing to work shifts and overtime On the job you will handle: • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
