Thermal insulation technician — Tuscola County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Tuscola County, Michigan. You will be based in lofts and crawl spaces. On a typical shift you will wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors. Requirements: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
