Now hiring: we are hiring a VMC operator in DeKalb County, Alabama. On the job you will handle: • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors What we are looking for: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery We offer $6,250 per project plus benefits.
