Join our team: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Grays Harbor County, Washington. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Day to day you will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; score the top of loaves before baking; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics 5+ years on the tools preferred.
