You should have: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Good eye for colour matching and blending The role involves wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting.
