Panel painter — Prince George County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a panel painter in Prince George County, Virginia. You will be based at an accident repair centre. Requirements: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods On a typical shift you will blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
