Delivery truck driver — Henderson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a delivery truck driver in Henderson County, Kentucky. You will be based in a refrigerated transport fleet. On the job you will handle: • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules 6+ years on the tools preferred.
