Now hiring: we are hiring an industrial painter in Lyon County, Iowa. You will work at a property maintenance company. Ideal candidate: • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day You will fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; measure up and work out paint and material quantities.
