Argon welder — Mikang

Vacancy available: we are hiring an argon welder in Mikang, Plateau State. You will work in a pharmaceutical piping facility. You should have: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection Day-to-day duties: • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) 4+ years on the tools preferred.
