Urgent requirement: CCTV operator (Virginia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a CCTV operator in City of Fredericksburg, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Man the entry gate and check visitor IDs and gate passes • Keep watch on the perimeter fence and parking area • Operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door • Man the reception desk and direct visitors to the right block • Patrol the premises on foot at fixed intervals • Check fire exits, locks, gates and seals during rounds Ideal candidate: • Ex-servicemen preferred • Trained in basic fire-fighting and first aid • Valid PSARA / security guard licence 2+ years on the tools preferred. $2,750 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
