ACP cladding fabricator — Lee County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an ACP cladding fabricator in Lee County, Iowa. Your main tasks: • De-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces • Crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine • Cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw • Fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels • Punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware What we are looking for: • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles • Good finishing sense — no scratches, clean silicone lines Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
