Foundry labourer wanted in Neath Port Talbot

Join our team: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Neath Port Talbot, Wales. On a typical shift you will shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling 1+ years on the tools preferred.
