Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Boone County, Illinois. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred The role involves: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
