You should have: • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day On a typical shift you will fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; sand and fill walls before applying primer; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls.
