Panel technician — Kanawha County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a panel technician in Kanawha County, West Virginia. You will be based in a collision repair centre. Your main tasks: • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections Requirements: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
