Grill cook — Webster County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Webster County, Mississippi. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
