Tyre technician wanted in Knox County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tyre technician in Knox County, Maine. The job is at a car service centre. Day to day you will log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement; check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear; repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches; vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres; rotate tyres front-to-rear as per the service schedule; fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weathers • Basic record-keeping and customer-facing skills Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
