Bakery assistant — Robertson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Robertson County, Texas. Day to day you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
