Line assembler — Parke County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a line assembler in Parke County, Indiana. The job is at an automotive parts factory. The role involves follow the work instruction sheet for each station; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses. Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of tools and components • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets 6+ years on the tools preferred.
