Urgent requirement: prep cook (Minnesota)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Becker County, Minnesota. Your main tasks: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $29 per hour, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
