Workshop mechanic — Bladen County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a workshop mechanic in Bladen County, North Carolina. You will be based in a fleet maintenance depot. Ideal candidate: • At least 2 years' hands-on experience as a car mechanic • Valid driving licence • Physically fit for lifting heavy parts Day-to-day duties: • Replace shock absorbers, ball joints and track-rod ends • Check and top up coolant, brake fluid and power-steering fluid • Recharge and service the air-conditioning system • Road-test vehicles to confirm the repair • Replace brake pads, discs and callipers • Bleed the brake hydraulic lines and check pad wear At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
