Rebar fixer — Itu

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Itu, Akwa Ibom State. Day to day you will install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine. Requirements: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
