Insulation installer — Independence County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an insulation installer in Independence County, Arkansas. The job is at a cold storage facility. Day-to-day duties: • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
