Dish pit attendant wanted in Aiyedade

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Aiyedade, Osun State. Day-to-day duties: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Rotating shifts.
