Scullery hand — Igbo-Eze-North

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Igbo-Eze-North, Enugu State. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards You will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. Pay around ₦280,000 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
