Trailer driver — Damaturu

Great opportunity: we are hiring a trailer driver in Damaturu, Yobe State. What we are looking for: • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Valid digital tachograph card • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules The role involves: • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer ₦13,500 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
