Bread baker wanted in Jackson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Jackson County, Ohio. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. Day to day you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift.
