Turning centre operator — Hamilton County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Hamilton County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T You will load and index turning tools in the turret; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles.
