Ironing operator — Elk County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an ironing operator in Elk County, Pennsylvania. You will keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments. Requirements: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment 1+ years on the tools preferred.
