Vacancy available: plant operator (Kansas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator in McPherson County, Kansas. You will be based at a stone quarry. You should have: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery On a typical shift you will carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift.
