Flatlock machine operator — Bwari

Great opportunity: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Bwari, Federal Capital Territory. You will work in a small denim manufacturing unit. The role involves keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet. What we are looking for: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance Full-time, day shift.
